Ohio ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Ohio Secretary of State does not require Corporations or LLC’s to file an Annual Report if no changes to the company information on file have been made. If, however, the Corporation or LLC has made change, they will be required to file an Annual Report. The report is mailed to the Registered Agent on file 4 to 6 months in advance on the due date.
